Jennifer, a cheerful blonde with a big heart and an even bigger love for chocolate cake, finally decided it was time to lose weight. After seeing an unflattering picture of herself at her cousin’s wedding, she knew she had to take action.

So, she made an appointment with her doctor.

Dr. Patterson, a serious but kind-hearted man, examined her and nodded thoughtfully. “Alright, Jennifer. I have a simple but effective diet plan for you. Eat regularly for two days, then skip a day. Repeat this cycle for two weeks, and I guarantee you’ll lose at least five pounds.”

Jennifer’s eyes sparkled with excitement. “That’s it? Just eat two days, then skip a day? Wow, that sounds easy!”

Dr. Patterson smiled. “Yes, but you must stick to the plan. Discipline is key.”

Jennifer left the clinic feeling motivated. She even told her best friend Lisa about it over coffee that afternoon.

Dr. Patterson chuckled. “Well, it worked! You lost a lot more weight than expected.”

Jennifer sighed. “Yeah, but now I have a new problem.”
